Green Tea is pretty simple. It’s Green Tea. What makes ours so special is that we use only hand-picked tea from high elevation gardens and then we gently process it, bringing out that natural flavor people have been enjoying for centuries. Our tea is not harsh, not too grassy but smooth and very delicate... easy to drink. Enjoy the whole cup.

FAQs

1.What About Weight Loss?

BAUTRI GREEN TEA is a smart swap for sugary drinks.

All things being equal, if you sub 1-2 cups of green tea for one can of soda, over the next year you'd save over 50,000 calories. Just don’t swamp it with honey or sugar!

2.How should I store my tea?

Tea does not necessarily 'go bad' or spoil, but it does lose its freshness gradually over time. You can mitigate this effect by storing tea inside an airtight container in a dry, cool, and dark cupboard or pantry. Tea is hygroscopic-meaning it absorbs moisture and nearby aromas-so it is best to stash your teas away from other highly fragrant products like coffee, spices, or herbs. For optimal freshness, keep your tea leaves inside our resealable foil bags.

3.How long does tea stay fresh?

Tea is like the dry herbs or spices in your kitchen–it does not really 'go bad' but the complexity of its aroma will fade over time. Of all tea types, green and white teas will lose their freshness most quickly. To experience peak freshness, we recommend consuming these teas within 2 months from the time you first open the package. BAUTRI GREEN TEA powder should be enjoyed within 2 weeks, because the powder will undergo 'post-oxidation' when exposed to air, transforming its bright green color into a stale shade of pea-green or even yellow.

4.Relaxing Ritual

Sipping tea helps you slow down and relax, Reardon says. A natural chemical called theanine found in green tea can provide a calming effect.

But perhaps the biggest benefit, which you get right away, is just taking a tea break. Here’s how to make your next cup:

  • Don't add green tea to boiling water. It's bad for catechins, those healthy chemicals, in the tea. Better: 160-170 degree water.

  • Add lemon.Vitamin C makes the catechins a easier to absorb. Dairy, on the other hand, makes it harder to absorb them.

  • Caffeine sensitivity: People with severe caffeine sensitivities could experience insomnia, anxiety, irritability, nausea, or an upset stomach after drinking green tea.

  • Liver damage: Consuming a high concentration of green tea extract may negatively impact liver health in rare cases.

  • Other stimulants: If a person consumes green tea alongside stimulant drugs, it could increase their blood pressure and heart rate.
