·Puried to reduce mercury: Our fish oil uses a combination of fish (sardines, anchovies and mackerel), and is purified to reduce PCBs, dioxins and furans, and mercury to ensure levels are below IFOS set limits of ≤45 ppb, ≤ 1 ppt and ≤ 0.1 ppm respectively.

·For greater absorption: The omega-3 fatty acids in our fish oil capsules are delivered in re-esterified triglyceride form. Triglycerides have been shown to be more easily absorbed by your body. This helps you get the most out of every serving.

Preparation Instructions

Take 2 softgels daily with a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
